HOW LONG DO FILLERS LAST?

The duration of volumizing agents varies depending on where they are injected. On the face, the duration is on average 10 to 12 months. For mucous membranes such as the lips, we are talking about 4 to 6 months on average.
HOW IT WORKS
Volumizing agents are gels made from hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a molecule that is already present naturally in the human body. It is a molecule that attracts and retains water, which is what gives it volume. It is injected into the tissues to eliminate wrinkles and fine lines, as well as to fill in deep folds. It can also increase the volume of the lips and shape the contours of the face, especially the cheekbones and the chin.
